Healthier than your usual flour and yummy to boot, we are loving this Moist Almond Cake. Maybe it’s us, but this sounds just perfect for a post-picnic meal.

85 grams butter
130 grams sugar
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1½ cups almond flour
½ cup coconut flour
½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a baking pan and set aside.
In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Mix in the eggs, one at a time, beating continuously. Add in the milk and vanilla and mix until combined. Set this mixture aside.
In a separate bowl, combine together the flours, salt and baking powder.
Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredient mixture. Beat together until creamy.
Pour this mixture into the greased baking pan and bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from the oven, let cool for 10 minutes and serve!
