6 Marinades For Spicing Up Your Weekly Chicken Meals

One of the simplest ways of flavouring food is to marinate it. The marinade itself could be extremely simple, or as complex as it gets, depending on the flavour notes that you’re trying to impart to your dish. Typically, the longer you let your food marinate, the more flavourful it is—since it soaks up all the juices like a sponge. Marinating works on all kinds of meat, as well as fish, cottage cheese, tofu, and vegetables.
