This weekend, trust your baking instincts and urges in the hands of the magician chef, Shaheen Peerbhai. A Cordon Bleu trained expert (London and Paris), she’s worked at Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe, received four prestigious scholarships from the culinary world, been the former editor at BBC Food India and is onto publishing her very first cookbook, backed by Barnes & Noble in 2017.

She’s done it all and flies down annually to bring in more enthusiasts into her world. For Delhi, it’ll be a first tryst-of-sorts. Rookies, and lovers of all-things-bake, brace yourselves: desserts, bakes, breads – sweet, savoury and more, await.
